All of Us Researcher Workbench features and updates
- Initial credits now expire: Initial credits now expire after 120 days. For researchers who have signed the Data User Code of Conduct as of February 18, 2025, your credits will expire on June 18, 2025. You may extend this expiration date in your Researcher Workbench profile. Visit the “Credits and Billing” section of the User Support Hub to learn more.
Bug fixes
- Jupyter spontaneous refresh - Jupyter notebooks would spontaneously refresh during an active session resetting the CLI. This has been resolved.
- Training sync bug - some users were met with an error message when attempting to sync completed training modules in the Researcher Workbench. This has been resolved.
- Attaching existing disk - there was a bug with Jupyter UI unable to re-attach an existing persistent disk. This has been resolved.
Support resources
- New tutorial notebook, 04_Cromwell_use_case_plink, demonstrating how to run Plink jobs in parallel using the scatter() functionality in Cromwell was added to the Featured Workspace How to run WDLs using Cromwell in the Researcher Workbench.
- The Featured Workspace How to Work with All of Us Survey Data (v8) has additional resources for working with the Emotional Health History and Well-Being & Behavioral Health and Personality surveys.
- New Office Hours informational sessions are available in the “Videos” section to include end to end data analysis with SAS Studio, ‘omop2survey’ package guide, and overview of the CDR v8 release.
