Omop2survey is a package designed to simplify and enhance survey data transformation for All of Us data users. By addressing the main technical barriers for survey data users, the package aims to reduce computing costs, minimize data processing time and transformation errors, and enhance data accessibility and research efficiency.
The presentation includes step-by-step guidance on data reading, cleaning, manipulation, codebook generation, converting data format, and optional advanced features like recoding missing values and creating scale scores.
