loggin in

I have just set up a new account in AllofUs and now cannot log in. The support phone number person had no idea how to help except to send me here. Went to ID.me, cannot successfully get a response from them either, despite successfully using them to establish my ID Confused how to proceed. Suggestions? Phone number for knowledgable human help?
