Timelines for each step may vary. Organizations move along the process illustrated below at an individual timeline.
U.S.-based organizations can expect their initial application request to be processed within two business days following submission. Subsequent steps move along at a similar cadence, with the exception of the communication step. In this step, a VUMC signing official will reach out to the institutional signing official every two weeks until a partially executed agreement is received.
Applications and agreements with organizations based outside of the U.S. follow the same process illustrated below. However, they may take longer to process.
