Why am I not seeing EHR Data in certain geographical locations?

At this time, you can expect to see trends in EHR data representation across certain geographic locations. The program currently collects EHR data from participants who enroll through a participating health care provider organization (HPO) and agree to share their EHRs by signing the program's HIPPA Authorization for Research form. The process to collect EHR data from participants who agree to share it, but do not enroll through a participating HPO, is still in development.
