Demo - PheWAS Smoking

This notebook is part of a series of example analyses from the All of Us Research Program Demonstration Project "The All of Us Research Program: data quality, utility, and diversity", conducted by Vanderbilt University Medical Center as the All of Us Data and Research Center. The specific goals of this notebook are to:

1. To demonstrate how to implement a Phenome-wide Association Study within the All of Us Researcher Workbench.
2. To demonstrate use of heterogeneous data sources within the All of Us dataset.
