Yes, researchers are welcome to reuse All of Us survey materials for their own projects. The program makes REDCap versions of the computable data dictionaries available to all researchers whose institutions have REDCap licenses - these survey instruments can be downloaded directly from REDCap’s Shared Library (search “All of Us Research Program”).
