Are participants presented surveys in a specific order?

Yes. All participants must complete the baseline survey, the Basics, before proceeding with any other research activities. Once the Basics is completed, participants are presented with two more baseline surveys, Lifestyle and Overall Health, which are typically completed as a set of three at enrollment. Once all three surveys have been completed, participants are given the option to complete additional surveys including Health Care Access & Utilization, Personal and Family Health History, and Social Determinants of Health. COVID-19 related survey series - COVID-10 Participant Experience (COPE) and Minute Surveys on COVID-19 Vaccines do not follow a chronological order. Instead, these were offered to all participants who completed the Basics for a set time period before closing.
