Are participants presented surveys in a specific order?

Yes. All participants must complete the baseline survey, The Basics, before proceeding with any other research activities.

Once The Basics survey is completed, participants are presented with additional surveys including Lifestyle, Overall Health, Health Care Access and Utilization, Personal and Family Health History, Social Determinants of Health, Emotional Health History and Well-Being, and Behavioral Health and Personality.
