The All by All v8 data released in May 2026 included Hail Tables (ACAF and exome results) which were incomplete, missing data for some non-significant variants. To account for this, the All of Us Data and Research Center (DRC) has updated the ACAF and exome result Hail Tables to now include this additional information.
The exome variant count is now 18,963,249 versus 107,774 previously. ACAF variant count is now 66,087,558 vs. 729,054. This difference should differ slightly across trait as the old file randomly samples out variants with non-significant pvalues, and pvalue distribution differs across traits.
The All by All browser data is not impacted.
