All by All data browser for genomic discovery | Office Hours 5.22.26

  • Updated

In this video, our team is joined by Wenhan Lu, M.S., and Matthew Solomonson, PhD for an overview of the All by All browser, and new All by All tables released in the All of Us Researcher Workbench’s Controlled Tier. The All by All browser is an interactive tool for exploring genotype–phenotype associations using data from the All of Us Research Program. In the All by All data browser, you can explore gene-based and single-variant associations across 3,500+ phenotypes, analyze data from nearly 400,000 participants with exome and whole genome sequencing (CDR v8), navigate between genes, variants, and phenotypes, and explore results by mutation class. This Office Hour session will review the All by All pipeline, data format, and how to access the tables in the Researcher Workbench. Read Overview of the All by All tables available on the All of Us Researcher Workbench for more information about the All by All table.
