Researcher Workbench 2.0 will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, beginning at 7:00 PM ET, due to scheduled maintenance.
During this period, you will be unable to access some features of the Researcher Workbench 2.0, including workspaces and applications (Jupyter, RStudio, etc). Environments created before the downtime period will not be affected, but may be inaccessible. This means that an active environment or paused environment will remain, but you will be unable to access it in the user interface (UI) during this period. The maintenance period will not impact running analysis.
We advise researchers to plan accordingly for their analysis needs, including any background or long running jobs.To avoid interruptions, please pause or delete Jupyter environments ahead of this maintenance period.
