We are pleased to announce the release of a new biospecimen table within the CDRv8 Controlled Tier in Researcher Workbench 2.0. This resource is designed to support the X01 Notice of Funding Opportunity (PAR-27-069), “Accelerating Discovery through Partnered Research with All of Us to Analyze Participant Biospecimens.”
What's Included?
The biospecimen table contains information on more than 370,000 available participant samples and provides key details such as:
- Availability of blood DNA, saliva DNA, serum, and plasma samples
- Sample collection dates
How to Access the Data
The biospecimen table, C_V8_R4_aou_biospecimen.aou_sample_biospecimen, is accessible to registered users of Researcher Workbench 2.0 in the All of Us Controlled Tier Data Collection. To access biospecimen data, users must have Controlled Tier access and work in the new Researcher Workbench 2.0.
