All of Us + AnVIL Imputation Service | Office Hours 10.24.2025

In this Office Hours, we are joined by Kylee Degatano, Jose Soto and Mary Wons of the Broad Institute to highlight the beta launch of the All of Us + AnVIL Imputation Service. This was a collaborative project between the All of Us Data and Research Center (DRC) and National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI)'s AnVIL. Containing more than 515,000 total genomes, the All of Us + AnVIL reference panel is the largest and most expansive in the world. This allows researchers to complete their non-All of Us datasets with greater accuracy so they can analyze phenotypic associations at a fraction of the cost of sequencing.
