There is upcoming scheduled maintenance of the Researcher Workbench. The workbench may be unavailable for a short window of 10 - 20 minutes on Tuesday August 19th, 2025 starting at 2pm ET.
During this period, you will be unable to login to the Researcher Workbench. Environments created before the outage period will not be affected, but may be inaccessible. This means that an active environment or paused environment will remain, but you will be unable to access it in the user interface (UI) during this period. The maintenance period will not impact running analysis. We advise researchers to plan accordingly for their analysis needs, including any background or long running jobs.
