All of Us Researcher Workbench features and updates
- Google Batch API migration - To keep tools updated with the latest improvements from Google Cloud Platform, we migrated our workflow tools from Google Cloud Life Sciences API (GLS) to Google Batch. Applicable updates were made to our workflow tools such as Cromwell, Nextflow and dsub. Google Cloud Platform (GCP) deprecated GLS as of July 8th, 2025. See full announcement here.
- Updates to the Researcher Workbench coming soon - Beginning in fall 2025, researchers will have the opportunity to use an updated Researcher Workbench powered by Verily Workbench. When the update is available, we will share information directly with All of Us Researcher Workbench users. See full announcement here.
