How can I analyze participants from specific All of Us enrollment sites?

  • Updated

In order to protect participant privacy, All of Us will not permit researchers to identify the specific site at which a participant enrolled. However, if a participant contributed electronic health record (EHR) data to the program, the organization that uploaded that EHR data on behalf of the participant will be represented in the “EHR Site” field, which is located in *_ext tables. Each EHR upload site is assigned a code so that researchers can study all the participants who enrolled at one site. To clarify, you can get participants from specific sites, but they will not be identified.
