Note: All electronic health record (EHR) data regarding education and employment are preserved in the Controlled Tier but are removed from the Registered Tier dataset. These data are provided by the participant through surveys that have been subjected to the All of Us privacy methodology. Additionally, all EHR diagnosis codes that are indicative of education and employment status are removed.
