Release of supplemental genomic data to CDRv8

On March 25, the All of Us Research Program released supplemental genomic data. These data have been incorporated into Curated Data Repository (CDR) version 8 in the Researcher Workbench. The release includes:

• Phasing data from all participants with short-read whole genome sequencing (srWGS) data for estimating the haplotypes that are inherited from each biological parent.
• CMRG callset for 33 protein-coding genes that have reduced sensitivity in the srWGS SNP & Indel callset.
• GVCF files for eight well-characterized control samples that were used for the srWGS SNP and Indel sensitivity and precision evaluation.
• Genomic quality control (QC) testing values for all srWGS samples. To see the file path, refer to the CDR Controlled Tier Directory.
