August 2023 Product Release Notes

We have a few updates to share from the past two months. Please see the list below for information about these updates:

Researcher Workbench Features:

• We are always looking for ways to support new applications in the Researcher Workbench. Please reach out to Research Support at support@researchallofus.org if there are any tools or applications you would be interested in using within the Researcher Workbench. 

Bug fixes:

• We are investigating Jupyter environment creation and deletion reliability and identifying solutions. We appreciate your patience. If you have specific questions or concerns, please email support@researchallofus.org

Resources:

• We have two new Demonstration Featured Workspaces available now in the Researcher Workbench! Demo - Polygenic Risk Score, Genetic AncestryCalibration and Demo - General Health and Well-Being of SGM Participants (v6) will show you end-to-end analysis performed using All of Us data.
• The Introductory Genomics Workshop (July 2023) recording and materials are available on the User Support Hub and Researcher Workbench! The Workshop: Intro to All of Us Genomics Data Featured Workspace can be paired with the video to guide you through the hands-on exercises. This workshop provides an introduction to the All of Us Researcher Workbench and uses the genomics data by running a genome-wide association study (GWAS) using Hail. You can learn more here.
