We have a few updates to share from the past two months. Please see the list below for information about these updates:
Researcher Workbench Features:
- We are always looking for ways to support new applications in the Researcher Workbench. Please reach out to Research Support at firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any tools or applications you would be interested in using within the Researcher Workbench.
- We are investigating Jupyter environment creation and deletion reliability and identifying solutions. We appreciate your patience. If you have specific questions or concerns, please email email@example.com
- We have two new Demonstration Featured Workspaces available now in the Researcher Workbench! Demo - Polygenic Risk Score, Genetic AncestryCalibration and Demo - General Health and Well-Being of SGM Participants (v6) will show you end-to-end analysis performed using All of Us data.
- The Introductory Genomics Workshop (July 2023) recording and materials are available on the User Support Hub and Researcher Workbench! The Workshop: Intro to All of Us Genomics Data Featured Workspace can be paired with the video to guide you through the hands-on exercises. This workshop provides an introduction to the All of Us Researcher Workbench and uses the genomics data by running a genome-wide association study (GWAS) using Hail. You can learn more here.
As always, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or concerns with our most recent changes. Thank you for your support of the All of Us Research Program and Researcher Workbench!
