The All of Us Researcher Workbench team released incremental data releases for Curated Data Repository (CDR) version 3 (v3) through version 5 (v5) on February 13, 2023 to ensure consistency with data quality procedures.
As a result of the incremental data release:
-
CDRv5
- All data from 47 participants, including the participant IDs, were removed from the Controlled Tier.
- Electronic health record (EHR) data from 24 participants were removed from the Controlled Tier.
- All data from 47 participants, including the participant IDs, were removed from the Registered Tier.
- Electronic health record (EHR) data from 21 participants were removed from the Registered Tier.
-
CDRv4
- All data from 47 participants, including the participant IDs, were removed from the Registered Tier.
- Electronic health record (EHR) data from 22 participants were removed from the Registered Tier.
-
CDRv3
- All data from 46 participants, including the participant IDs, were removed from the Registered Tier.
- Electronic health record (EHR) data from 24 participants were removed from the Registered Tier.
We recommend that you rerun any of your notebooks as these changes in participant data counts may impact your analysis. For researchers who have published with these CDRs, no changes are needed as your analysis relies on the data at the time of publication.
The changes are reflected in the data dictionaries as well as release notes.
