  • Updated

The Researcher Workbench team released a set of hotfixes for the All of Us v3 - v5 Curated Data Repositories (CDRs) on 2/13/2023 to resolve identified data quality issues. As a result of the hotfix, the following changes were implemented:

  • For the v5 Controlled Tier CDR: all data from 47 participants (including participant IDs) and EHR data from 24 participants were removed. The CDR will be updated from C2021Q3R6 to C2021Q3R8.
  • For the v5 Registered Tier CDR: all data from 47 participants (including participant IDs) and EHR data from 21 participants were removed. The CDR will be updated from R2021Q3R5 to R2021Q3R8.
  • For the v4 Registered Tier CDR: all data from 47 participants (including participant IDs) and EHR data from 22 participants were removed. The CDR will be updated from R2020Q4R3 to R2020Q4R5.
  • For the v3 Registered Tier CDR: all data from 46 participants (including participant IDs) and EHR data from 24 participants were removed. The CDR will be updated from R2019Q4R3 to R2019Q4R6.

We recommend that you re-run any of your notebooks as these changes in participant data counts may impact your analysis. For users who have published with these CDRs - no changes are needed because your analysis relies on the data at the time of publication.

The changes are reflected in the data dictionaries as well as release notes.
