The All of Us Researcher Workbench team released an incremental data release for the Controlled Tier and the Registered Tier of the Curated Data Repository (CDR) version 6 (v6) on January 13, 2023 to ensure consistency with data quality procedures.
As a result of the incremental data release:
- All data from 315 participants, including the participant IDs, were removed from both the Registered Tier and the Controlled Tier of CDRv6.
- Electronic health record (EHR) data from 24 participants were removed from the Controlled Tier of CDRv6
- EHR data from 21 participants were removed from the Registered Tier of CDRv6.
We recommend that you rerun any of your notebooks as these changes in participant data counts may impact your analysis. For researchers who have published with these CDRs, no changes are needed as your analysis relies on the data at the time of publication.
The changes are reflected in the data dictionaries as well as release notes.
