Guidelines for the Community for All of Us researchers Pinned Featured
Researchers must abide by the following guidelines to ensure the Community is a place for accurate, appropriate, and helpful discussions about the All of Us Researcher Workbench. These rules apply to anyone using the Community.
Policies
Your use of the Community must comply with these policies:
- Relevant Content: Topics and posts must be clear, concise, and related to the All of Us Research Program and the All of Us Researcher Workbench.
- Spam: Do not spam the Community or create topics or posts with spammy content, including content or URLs that are promotional or commercial in nature, repetitive, unrelated, or excessive.
- Privacy and Confidentiality: Protect the privacy and confidentiality of others by refraining from sharing sensitive or personally identifiable information without consent. Respect the intellectual property rights of others and give credit when referencing their work.
- Constructive Engagement: Foster productive discussions by offering constructive feedback, asking thoughtful questions, and providing helpful insights. Be open to different perspectives and viewpoints, and avoid personal attacks or inflammatory remarks.
- Compliance with Policies: Adhere to all applicable policies and guidelines established by the All of Us Research Program, the All of Us Researcher Workbench, and the User Support Hub.
By participating in the Community, you agree to abide by these guidelines and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for all researchers. We reserve the right to change these guidelines at any point in our effort to keep the Community helpful, user-friendly, and safe.
Violations
If you believe a post violates these guidelines, email the All of Us support team at support@researchallofus.org. Please provide a screenshot and/or link to the post in question.
In response to a report of violation, the All of Us support team may review content in the Community and take action if the post is found to violate these guidelines. We may restrict access to the content, remove the content, and/or limit or terminate the researcher’s access to the Community.
